Credits needed for promotion

Duplin County requires students to be in alignment with English as part of the promotion from grade to grade for high school.  From 9th grade to 10th grade – a student needs 6 units (including English I); From 10th grade to 11th grade – a student needs 13 units (including English I & II); and From grade 11 to 12 – a student needs 20 units (including English I, II & III).
